How to make a booking

Make contact with us by phone or email and tell us where and when your wedding will take place. We will also need your contact details.

If you would like to visit us and look at wedding photos and albums we will invite you down at a time to suite you both. If you don't wish to make the journey we will write to you and deal with your booking by post.

To make a booking you must send a cheque for £50.00. This will be deducted from your final bill. If you later decide to cancel your booking you will lose your booking fee. This is because the photographer may have turned down other bookings for that day.

Optional extras

On your booking form you will be able to arrange for extra photographs, longer photographer times, the supply of a wedding album etc. if you wish.

Terms & Conditions

If for any reason you are not happy with Storybook Photography just call or email us before you make a booking and we will put you in touch with another photographer. Once you have decided on a photographer, and have made your booking, you then have a contract with him or her in law so take care to ensure you are happy with your choice before you book. Make sure you understand all of the details and services you are paying for. For example agree the start and end time of your photography and the number of photos you will get on your CD or DVD. Ask how long you will have to wait before you see your pictures on the Internet and how long it will be before you receive your CD or DVD.

If in the unlikely event you encounter any problems, or have any complaints, these must be resolved between yourself and the photographer you decided to book with. Shropshire-wedding only recommends the local photographer and accepts no responsibility for any agreement between yourself and the photographer.

We strongly advise meeting the photographer before booking, looking at their recent work and asking to see any letters of recommendation and testimonials supplied by their satisfied customers.

We recommend asking if they hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance as these are signs that the photographer is running a professional business.
